8 bedrooms and dining for 18 (plus 5 more seats at the kitchen counter for the kids) will bring families together. Private oceanfront entrances to decks for 5 of the bedrooms. Stroll down your private boardwalk to your private beach for a sunrise jog, swim a few laps in the private pool (heated during the mid/off season) then relax those muscles in the outside hot tub. Now, you are faced with the choice of lounging oceanside or rocking on the front porch as your take in the sound and golf views. Who would want to leave?

Easy Street South is equipped with many different treats, such as a Jacuzzi in the upper level master bath, 9 TVs (all HD flat panels) with premium channels and HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz expanded sports channels and main TV in Living Area also offers DVR. There are 3 DVDs, a stereo with a CD player, Wii (with controllers) and Nintendo game cube (with controllers),gaming chairs in front of a 42" HDTV in lower level game room, high speed internet access and a gas fireplace available in the off season.

We offer a gas grill and a charcoal "park" grill, 2 refrigerators and 2 outside showers.

For families with small children we also have 2 baby gates, a Pack n' Play and a high chair. Youth and teens will appreciate the independence of the lower level with 2 seperate bedrooms, their own big screen TV and DVD, refrigerator, bathroom and play area.

Easy Street South is in a great location. Nags Head golf course is across the street. The Tanger Outlet stores are ½ mile away in one direction. A ½ mile in the other direction are food stores, resturants and go-cart tracks. You really do not need to leave Nags Head Village.

Bedding includes 2 king beds, 4 queens, 3 pyramid bunks, 1 twin and a queen sleeper sofa in the game room. This house sleeps 24 comfortably as there are 2 roll-a-way beds and the pyramid bunks will sleep 2 people in the bottom double bed and one person on the top twin sized bed. All the bed linens, bath towels and fully equiped kitchen are provided for you. Saturday check in day.

This neighborhood is very quiet. The house is a long distance from the road so you only hear the ocean at night. Very peaceful.

This non-smoking home does not allow pets and offers a long driveway that will accommodate parking for 7 cars and boats.
